Prerequisiti | Le principali conoscenze che lo studente dovrebbe possedere sono quelle acquisite durante i corsi di Biochimica generale e biochimica d'organo. |
Metodologie didattiche | Il corso è articolato in 48 ore di lezioni frontali svolte dal docentein cui verrà esposta la teoria applicata a molteplici esempi e risoluzioni di esercizi per quanto rigarda la formulazione di una dieta. |

Prerequisites | The main knowledge that the student should possess are those acquired during the courses of general biochemistry and organ biochemistry. |
Teaching methods | The course consists of 48 hours of lectures given by the lecturer in which the theory applied to multiple examples and resolutions of exercises will be exposed as far as it is concerned with the formulation of a diet. |
